Obtaining the HubSpot Onboarding accreditation demonstrates that your solutions partner organization has first-hand experience in successfully onboarding new HubSpot customers onto the platform. In addition to applying the necessary product-specific knowledge, you have leveraged HubSpot’s onboarding methodology, “Objectives-Based Onboarding”, for your customers.
If you have not completed onboarding projects for customers with Marketing Hub Pro or Enterprise AND Sales Hub Pro or Enterprise, nor applied objective-based onboarding methodology, we recommend that you consider pursuing one of the other accreditation options.
This accreditation aims to identify partners with the expertise needed to successfully implement HubSpot Service Hub within a large, complex organization (upmarket). These skills include Service Hub product expertise, but successful upmarket projects also require deep technical and implementation expertise. In addition to implementation experience, you must possess a deep expertise in service center / help desk process design so that you can act as strategic consultants and properly advise customers on the best way to design their processes to achieve their desired business outcomes.
The purpose of this accreditation is to demonstrate that you have first-hand experience in successfully implementing HubSpot with enterprise-level customers. In addition to your product-specific knowledge, this includes elements of project/stakeholder management, change management and professionalism throughout the sales and discovery processes. If you have not completed large-scale implementations to date, we recommend that you consider pursuing another accreditation option.
The purpose of this accreditation is to demonstrate that you have first-hand experience in scoping, developing, and deploying complex custom integrations to solve for unique client needs and requirements in our Smart CRM platform. In addition to your product-specific knowledge of HubSpot's developer tools and API endpoints, the expertise we will evaluate includes elements of data modeling, customer relationship management, and needs-assessment-powered solutioning. If you have not completed complex, custom integration projects into our Smart CRM Platform, we recommend that you consider pursuing another accreditation option.
The purpose of this accreditation is to demonstrate your experience with the set of skills and expertise needed to migrate a prospect’s / customer’s data from their legacy CRM platform(s) to HubSpot. In addition to your product-specific knowledge, this includes competencies in data strategy, data architecture, migration API development and executing a rigorous migration process and methodology.
Partners best-suited for this accreditation have significant experience in delivering data migration for customers who want a solution or service above the scope of typical marketplace apps or native import tools. Within the last 12 months, candidates should have completed at least two separate projects wherein they migrated a customer from a leading CRM, marketing automation platform or helpdesk system into HubSpot. If you don't have this experience, we recommend looking into one of the other accreditation options.
